Susan Gaire
Managing Partner
Susan is a retired OB/GYN physician with leadership, executive coaching, and training experience in both civilian and military healthcare settings. Her executive coaching experience is primarily focused on healthcare delivery practices. As a former president of the medical staff at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, she has experience leading change initiatives in safety and dealing with physician compliance problems.
